Least Painful Auckland Highway During Rush Hour? Northbound SH1 (From South), Southbound SH1 (From North) or SH16 (From West)

I regularly have to travel in to CBD during morning peak traffic from Westgate, Albany and Manakau(Have work meetings at multiple locations) and conversely get to travel out on all three during afternoon peak. The only sensible option is motorcycle with trip times for Westgate <20 mins, Albany 20mins and Manakau <25. North and West are easier to filter through traffic. It would be faster and safer if motorcycles could use buslanes on motorways like they are allowed to everywhere else.
