Klean kanteen is great. They have all metal bottle with no plastic or lead, they also have different cap types so you could start off with a flip cap with a straw and as they get older maybe get them a different cap if they want. They have a liftetime warranty as well as an extensive part on their website dedicated to replacement parts in case you need them.
