Getting my roof re-roofed and the company forgot to install Apply one layer of Primer & Polyester Mesh (40in) over base sheet.. If my roof already had 2 coats of rubberized coating is it safe for them to install the mesh on top of that rubberized coating? My roof is a low pitch, built up roof.

Tile Roof. Roofers nailed the underlayment, then covered the nails with tar (those are the multiple back dots). They did this on the entire roof. Am I being paranoid to worry about leaks down the road from all these nail holes?
