The board has a small LCD display with 3 buttons, left, right, center. The board would Blink "IdL" nothing more.My question is has anyone found these Emerson boards in this model furnace have Logic issues like this where the programming won't respond to the button inputs?

100 years old and this 1925 GE 6" desk fan still looks and works great. Still has its original paint. Converted to have 2 speeds, and wiring replaced for safety. United States

If equipment is smart enough to know that it is configured wrong then why can it not smart enough to configure itself? What am I missing?

You’d love retrofitting custom supermarket racks from Johnson Controls and CPC Reflecs onto Emerson E2 or E3 controllers… None of this stuff is “Smart”. It’s a buzzword to get people to buy it.
